Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery time unless a specific written service agreement states otherwise.

5. Shipment Restrictions

Customers must not use Pearl-SkyEx services to ship items prohibited by applicable law, transportation regulations or carrier requirements. Additional restrictions may apply depending on origin, destination and shipment type.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are appropriately packaged for transportation unless packaging is specifically provided as part of an agreed Pearl-SkyEx service.

9. Shipment Receipts

Pearl-SkyEx shipment receipts and waybills provide a record of shipment information entered into the system. Customers should review their receipt and report material errors as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Delays and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Delivery may be affected by customs processes, weather, transportation disruptions, security events, government action, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

Pearl-SkyEx aims to keep its website and tracking services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot always be guaranteed. Temporary maintenance or technical interruptions may occur.

12. Account and Administrative Security
